Private one-on-one session. 1.5 hour. Guided yoga sequence with meditation. When you want a regular opportunity to escape every day life, we’ll work deeply to restore and strengthen your body.
A yoga and meditation practice is for the student committed to improving their holistic health. I create a safe space for you to explore what’s going on in your spirit and body, and act as a guide to deepening your awareness through a physical and meditative practice. Use of props and essential oils may be included.
