Physical and Spiritual Practice
Yoga is both a physical and mental practice. I teach alignment-based vinyasa flows that are empowering and balancing. My approach is a Subtle Body Flow that allows room for growth, flexibility, injury management, and body strengthening.
Meditation and
Stress Reduction
Managing stress can help motivate you to the next thing. Too much stress can be destructive. I create pop up safe spaces where we explore your breath in guided meditation, and teach you skills to carry with you wherever you are.
